This Daughter & Mother: A Daughter’s Journal was created from the heart. It is an invitation to all daughters to open the dialogue between mother and daughter on a deeper level. Journal writing is a sacred art allowing access to part of us. Our elemental connection to our mothers anchors us in the feminine. The mothering we received reverberates throughout all our relationships. To know ourselves as women, we must explore our interrelatedness to our mother.
